Hi Warren, Quick note to say how pleased I am with the LA4MkIII preamp. Here's how it shook out in my system with 90 hours on it now: - 5 hrs: Shrill treble relaxed. - 40 hrs: Real 3D spatial performance begins to show. - 70 hrs: Dramatic, stunning bass and midrange development that seemed to turbocharge and pump up the entire presentation from top to bottom, (the Mundorf cap?). Client reports on Graham Slee Reflex M
I hooked up the Reflex M yesterday, and even though it hasn’t had sufficient time to burn in yet, I was stunned by the difference it makes compared to the phono stage on my NAD M33. I was blown away by the lack of surface noise, and clicks and pops, the clarity and separation of voices and instruments, and the difference in depth of sound stage. It’s a real winner.
