Any product being returned for DOA and replacement will be at a no-cost to client basis.
All new product is eligible for return within 10 days of delivery with a minimum of 10% restocking fee and shipping cost reimbursement.
Returns on opened product are at the discretion of Audioarcan and subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost reimbursement.
